I am writing a book and am collating experiences from the perspective of the client. I invite you to share an experience you have had during a past life regression and how you felt following the regression. I would like to hear about the "issue" which was addressed and what you saw and experienced during regression, the correlation that you made and any lifting of symptoms be they pyhsical or emotional.
It does not matter if your regression was achieved by listening to a CD, in a dream or during a one on one session. I feel that by sharing experiences we can encourage many others to try regression for relief of their own symptons or blocks in life.
